Thank you for shopping at blanlody.com. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We want you to enjoy your new purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase for any reason, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Cancels

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order cancellation is successful, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs while Blanlody refunds the cost of the product itself.

Return Process:
1. Call or email the Blanlody customer service team in advance to describe the specific reason for your return. If it is a quality problem, you need to provide clear pictures or videos.
2. After receiving your message, the Blanlody customer service team will contact you. Please pay attention to answering calls, text messages, and emails.
3. After approval by our customer service team, we will provide you with a return label.
4. After we receive your returned goods and then check them seriously if it has no broken problem or damage, we will refund you within 3 working days. If a product is returned with additional damage, we will deduct the compensation required for the damage as appropriate to the situation
